Beautiful Anderson Super Nova Tri-lobed Bowl – SOLD

This beautiful bowl was designed by William C. Anderson and made by the American Cut Glass Company. It features several of his design traits which are considered many to be the best of the period.

The bowl is split into three sections surrounding unusual hobstar formations. There are deep scallops cut between the points of each hobstar which are divided by notched cutting. Below each hobstar is checking – another Anderson motif. The other portions of the design feature a cluster of three clear-button hobstars with bands of cane spurring off of each.

The bowl is in perfect condition and measures 9 1/2″ wide and 2″ tall. It’s on a perfectly clear blank.
