This platter was cut in Libbey’s own variation of their Ellsmere design. It is signed in the center with the Libbey trademark.

The center of the tray looks like exploding fireworks with alternating panels of deep hobstars and expanding fans. The rim is more similar to Ellsmere with a rounded scallop encasing a deep miter, notching and triple miter cane.

The blank of this tray is exquisite and shockingly clear. It’s in perfect condition and measures 11 3/4″ wide and 2″ tall.
