Rare Anderson Frederica Set – SOLD

This set is shown in rarities and is cut in William C. Anderson’s Frederica design. It’s an exceptional blank in both size and presence and the rhine wines are the perfect compliment.

A five point,  clear button star sits upside down with a point of crosshatching sitting between each of it’s top points. A fan bursts from the top of the crosshatching in flower-like . formation. In between each 5-point star is a deeply  cut, 5-sided deep cut hobstar with a triple notch above it and crosshatching. The neck of the decanter is fluted and deeply notched with a fully cut neck ring. The incredible, heavy stopper is cut in pattern and the wines are as well.

The decanter measures 15″ and 6 1/2″ tall and the wines are 7″ tall. All pieces are in perfect condition – it’s rare to find a set of this quality together in this exceptional conditon!
